Create a balance

You get the best result if you can create a balance between every part of the project. When the pieces are big and even, you can controll the whole and you get maximum impact from your efforts.

If your project is unbalanced, lets say you have focused a lot of the effort on your stand and activities but less on planning and invitations, you probably have a fantastic stand but you risk not getting the clients in to meet you.

By working with good planning and make a great invitation to the targeted group, you increase both the traffic to your stand and the probability to meet more of the right clients.
