To exhibit at a fair is a long term marketing effort. The fairs circle closes when the follow-ups are made and the evaluation completed.

The follow up work doesn’t have to be made after the exhibition but a lot of work can be done in advance, for example writing and packaging the follow up letters.

What else can you do to prepare to make things easier?
Free up time for follow up of the visitors, and make sure to finish it!

Start with yourself and try to fulfil your client’s expectations. They probably want the same things you do.
