Leaving packaging, waste and other combustible material in the stand is prohibited, contact Kistamässan if you require help removing your waste.

Exhibitors are required to remove all waste from their stand and dispose of waste for recycling at stations provided. Please contact us I you would like to buy that service from us. There is a fee of 450 SEK/hour for cleaning a stand and 300-800 SEK/cbm for disposal of waste separated for recycling.

The waste handling fees are in constant change and Kistamässan reserves the right to adjust the costs when needed.

Hazardous material as left over paint, light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, batteries, chemicals etc. shall be disposed off in dedicated eco stations, contact our staff for instructions.

The stand shall be cleaned upon leaving and any products or material left at the stand which has not been separated for recycling will be considered refuse and will be removed and charged the exhibitor.
