Cash Machines
One cash machine outside of Kistamässan’s entrance and one in the entrance hall on first floor.

Changing Table
Are located in the disabled toiltes in the entrace hall – first floor.

Cloak room
Cloak room is situated in Kistamässan’s entrance hall on first floor. A cloak room fee applies. An unmanned cloak room in the conference center (only availabe to Kistamässan’s conference delegates).

Conference Centre
The rooms E1-E10 are located on the conference floor. The rooms M3-M4 are located on the exhibition floor. Room M5 is located on the entresol floor.

Congress halls
The congress halls M1 and M2 have gallery seating for 400 and 600 respectively. The two halls can be combined as one hall with a total capacity of 1100 people.

Disability adaption
Kistamässan’s premises – the restaurant, the conference and congress rooms as well as the exhibition halls all have availability for disabled.

Doctors
KistaAkuten (Kista Emergency ward) in Kista Galleria. Drop-in for minor emergency complaints. Open at weekdays 7.30-18.00.

Elevator/Escalator
There is an elevator at Kistamässan’s ground floor entrance with access to all floors – conference center, exhibition halls and entresol level. There is an escalator in the entrance hall between ground floor and the exhibition level.

Parking
There are appr. 2000 parking spaces in the vicinity of Kistamässan. Five of those are disability spaces. The fee is 25 SEK per hour or maximum 80 SEK up until 08.00 the following weekday. The disability parking are situated on the parking lot between Kistamässan and E4. Valid disability parking permit shall be displayed clearly visible in the front window of the car. Q-Park is responsible for the parking area.

Pets
Are not allowed at our premises with consideration to allergy sufferers. With the exception of guide dogs and animals participating at exhibitions.

There are 3 restaurants at Kistamässan which are run by KM Restauranger.

BISTRO BAR: A nice relaxing Bistro with a lighter menu, coffee and the opportunity to try an ecological glas of wine or a bottle of locally produced beer in the bar

KM & COMPANY: The restaurant that serves the carefully cooked lunch which has made us famous.

NORRMANS HÖRNA: Fine dining restaurant for business lunches or  ”After work”-dinner. Here we serve Swedish specials cooked in an excellent way. The perfect choice for the ’choosy’.

We have e resting room next to our Service Centre.

Service Centre
In our Service Centre you can get answers to questions regarding Kistamässans premises, communications as well as the nearby area and help with sending faxes and buy all sorts of products.

Smoking are not permitted anywhere at Kistamässan.

Tickets
All tickets for public exhibitions are valid for one visit. Tickets for trade fairs varies. Please visit the specific website for each exhibition for more information.

Toilets
There are toilets in the entrance hall and in the conference centre. Disabled toilets in the Entrancehall, the conference centre and the Service Centre.

Wheel Chair
Wheel Chair can be lent out at the Service Centre with the showing of ID. Can’t be booked in advance.
